I am a Graphic Designer and Ui/Ux Specialist, who holds a degree from the Department of Graphic Design and Visual Communication at the University of West Attica, Greece. I specialize in Ui/Ux and motion graphics, and have knowledge in a variety of mediums such as 2D and 3D animation, packaging design, print and layout design, as well as game design.Throughout my educational pursuits, I have continuously sought to deepen my understanding of and skill set in graphic design. My undergraduate studies provided me with a solid foundation in design principles, typography, and visual communication. I have published a thesis project of which the main theme incorporates all the relevant skills that I had at the time, from 3D modeling and animating to UI/UX Design, as applied in a game format. Additionally, I took on an internship and some freelance projects to gain real-world experience and abilities in the field. The decision to pursue an M.A. in Interactive Design and Game Development stems from my desire to advance both my skills in various digital formats as well as my career in this rapidly evolving sector. With the support of the Fulbright Program, I hope to be able to specialize in a discipline that my home country does not provide and am eager to explore all that it has to offer. Overall, I believe that the opportunity to study in the United States will advance my career and make studying in this evolving field possible.
