RESEARCH INTERESTS: Cancer stem cells, epigenetic dysregulation in cancer, mechanisms of chemoresistance in breast cancer.

I am pleased to take on the role of a Fulbright ambassador at the University of Ioannina. My responsibilities as a Fulbright ambassador encompass two main areas. First, I will be available to assist students who are considering graduate studies in the United States, offering guidance and information related to the application process. Additionally, I will be engaged in informing researchers and faculty members in Ioannina about the research prospects available in the United States, as well as the specific Fulbright programs tailored to support such endeavors. Through these avenues I hope I will contribute to fostering academic collaborations and knowledge exchange between the two countries.
