During the month of October 2013, Catherine Rogers collaborated with the Dr Tatiani Rapatzikou and Professor Liana Sakelliou, to develop a syllabus for the new creative writing course "Understanding Illness and Trauma Experience through Narrative" introducing the methods and techniques of Narrative Medicine as developed and practiced by Dr. Rita Charon MD, PhD at Columbia University, New York.

On Saturday October 5, 2013, Salzburg Global Seminar in collaboration with Fulbright Foundation Greece, with additional support from the Greek Politics Specialist Group, organized a symposium in Athens at the Cotsen Hall of the Gennadius Library, to examine educational issues both in the context of Greece and the world at large.

Three Salzburg Global Seminar alumni who participated in the October 2014 session for Young Cultural Innovators, Dorothea Thanopoulou, Lida Mantzourani, and Gabriella Triantafyllis, have teamed up with Greek Salzburg participants, Dimitris Bogdanos and Yiannis Nikolopoulos to create cultureFDW.

For the second year in a row, Fulbright Foundation Greece was invited to participate in Art Athina, the International Contemporary Art Fair of Athens.

On Wednesday June 24, in the early evening, U.S. Ambassador to Greece, David D. Pearce, hosted the Fulbright Annual Award Ceremony to honor all Greek and U.S. scholars and recognize donors.
