Panagiotis Andreoglou focuses on the performance of contemporary music, having given the world premieres of many solo and chamber music works in concerts throughout Europe. Performances of his have been broadcast live by the National Danish Radio and the Greek National Radio and Television. He has studied the classical accordion at the Royal Danish Academy of Music (MMus) and the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki (BMus), as well as musicology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (BMus) and the University of Helsinki (Erasmus program scholarship). He has also received the Degree in accordion and Diploma in piano from the Municipal Conservatory of Kavala, his hometown.

As a Fulbright Scholar, he will implement a research project at Bowling Green State University related to contemporary accordion performance in works with electronics. His project involves close collaboration with the composers of the College of Musical Arts of BGSU toward the creation and performance of new works for accordion and fixed, interactive and live electronics. The new compositions will be performed in both the United States and Greece. His aim is to use his new knowledge and experiences from his Fulbright residence in the United States in later performance and teaching activities, as well as actively contribute to the continuing flow of new musical impulses between the two sides of the Atlantic.
